Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the dandymen.com website and mobile application (the "Service") operated by Dandymen LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, service professionals, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Use of Service

Dandymen provides an online platform connecting homeowners with professional handymen for home maintenance and repair services in the Denver Metro Area. Our Service includes scheduling, payment processing, service tracking, and communication tools.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information up-to-date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities under your account.

2. Service Booking and Payment

When you book a service through our platform, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected service package. Prices are clearly displayed before booking confirmation. Payment is processed securely through our payment partners.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to charge for services rendered and materials used. Tips for service professionals are optional and processed separately.

3. Service Professional Conduct

All service professionals on our platform are independent contractors who have undergone background checks and skill verification. While we strive to ensure quality, we do not directly employ these professionals.

Service professionals agree to arrive on time, complete requested tasks professionally, maintain cleanliness, and communicate respectfully with customers. Any concerns should be reported to us immediately.

4. Our Guarantee

We stand behind our service with the Dandymen Guarantee. If a service professional arrives more than 30 minutes late, we'll credit you $25. If you're not satisfied with the work performed, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.

All work is backed by our $2 million liability insurance policy. This coverage protects against property damage and injuries that may occur during service visits.

5. User Content and Reviews

Users may submit photos, reviews, and other content through our Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content for operating and promoting our Service.

Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on actual service experiences. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our community guidelines or contains inappropriate material.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dandymen LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dandymen LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dandymen LLC and its affiliates from any claim, damage, or expense arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denver County, Colorado.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on our Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
